As you may have read in the news today, the courts have ruled in ListHub’s favor, allowing the syndicator to sever their relationship with Zillow Group, discontinuing their syndication of listing data to both Trulia and Zillow effective April 7, 2015.
While this news will certainly create waves across the industry, our commitment to you has remained unchanged. At Keller Williams, we market your listings on our terms. The KWLS was created as our safeguard to situations just like these -- providing your KW agent the choice to syndicate your listings or not. I choose to for all my clients who list with me BTW.
My KWLS team has been working with Zillow Group in recent weeks to establish a direct feed between the KWLS and Zillow Group. All KWLS listings will syndicate directly, providing Keller Williams associates and their clients, uninterrupted access to KW listings on Trulia.com and Zillow.com effective April 7, 2015.
