You've decided you want to buy a home in Las Vegas. You found a Las Vegas Realtor and asked them to send you some listings. Most likely they will be setting your home search up on Matrix, the MLS software that all Las Vegas Realtors have access too. It is the source of all the listings put on the market by brokerages in Las Vegas.
The start of this video shows what a GLVAR MLS "Portal" welcome message might look like if you're using the iPhone Mail App to open your emails. After clicking the link at the bottom of the welcome email, Danny walks us through how to use the "Portal" to view, like, and comment on those listings that come up on your custom search.
The cool thing about the "Portal" is Las Vegas homebuyers can mark the properties they really like with a HEART icon, the homes they consider as possibilities with a LIGHT BULB icon, and those they don't like at all with a RECYCLE BIN. Las Vegas home buyers can also add notes to each listing and their Las Vegas real estate agent will be able to see their activity on the back end! This saves a lot of time and energy for prospective Las Vegas homebuyers who need accurate information FAST in order to make the best decisions possible during their transaction!
