- Usable for down payment and closing costs • Forgivable after three years (if you stay in your home)
- Attractive 30 year fixed-rate loan

Hope Brings You Home Requirements:
- Income limit up to $98,500 • Home price below $400,000
- Minimum credit score: 660 for FHA, 640 for all other loan types
- Must live in the home as a primary residence
- Borrower cannot have ownership interest in another property • Must meet standard underwriting requirements
