My name is Danny Phee and I'm a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas who started selling Las Vegas real estate in 2008. My real estate business revolves around offering my clients a rich home selling and buying experience in Las Vegas, Henderson, and the North Las Vegas areas of Southern Nevada.

Today, the reason home buyers and sellers still choose to work with a real estate professional has shifted dramatically. Before, a BIG reason home buyers and sellers relied on an agent was because the agent was the source of listing information, among other things. With the dawn of the information age and major home search portals like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin... people no longer rely as heavily on real estate agents for listing information. Homes for sale can easily be looked up online by anyone!

Today a real estate agent is heavily relied upon to "interpret" all of the data and help their clients by providing options and advice to make buying or selling decisions. We are constantly studying the real estate data in the Greater Las Vegas Area to keep our home sellers and buyer/investors well informed. We pride ourself on helping Las Vegas home buyers and sellers navigate through those difficult decisions that need to be made when buying or selling a home boosting the home buying experience for those who decide to work with us!
